Rhyno App Studios built the CDL Study App as a free app with optional premium features. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about our data practices.

CDL Study App does not currently use any third party analytics advertising or tracking services. All data is stored locally on your device only.
Future versions of the app may include advertising services and optional premium subscription features. This privacy policy will be updated to reflect any changes before they take effect. When advertising is added it may involve collection of device identifiers for ad serving purposes and users will be notified.
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect store or have access to any payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy for information about how Apple handles payment data.
Since all data is stored locally on your device the security of your information depends on your device security settings. We recommend using a device passcode or biometric authentication to protect your device and the data stored on it.
Your data is retained on your device until you delete the app or clear the app's data through your device settings. We have no ability to access modify or delete data stored on your device.
CDL Study App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older as CDL licensing requires drivers to be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used our app please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Since we do not collect personal data on our servers there is no personal data for us to provide access to modify or delete. All data is stored on your device and can be removed by deleting the app.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time especially as we add new features like advertising or premium subscriptions. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
